| Arties Locksmith New York was very kind and helpful and honest. He did not dupe us like another company did. He told us the best way to save money, and instead of changing our locks he told us he could re-key them. This saved money and time. He also has amazing rates. I would recommend ANYONE to go for this locksmith company. The tech was very kind and honest person. I only wish we knew about Arties Locksmith earlier, but now we will always go to our favorite locksmith in town. ( = « Hide |

| In more than 30 years of driving, I've never locked myself out of my car...until this morning! Traffic was bad, running late for work, scatter brained. Long story short, my keys ended up in my briefcase along with my wallet and cell phone and my briefcase was locked in the car. After trying to get several other auto locksmith companies to assist me, I found Arties Locksmith NYC. They answered their phone right away and told me they would meet me in 10 minutes. They actually did. The man that came to help was courteous, professional and had no difficulty opening my car door and with no damage of any kind. He totally saved the day. The technician came out to my home and did a wonderful job installing the locks for me. He arrived on time, was polite, speedy and provided professional quality installation. | I bought a foreclosure house as a rental. Closed on Friday and needed everything ready for renters moving in a week later. This included re-keying all the door locks and deadbolts in the house. I called Arties Locksmith NYC and they made an appointment to do the work asap. The technician showed up at the scheduled arrival time, worked quickly and efficiently, and was done in about a half hour. Amazing, now I can get back to business! « Hide |

| We are in the process of designing a business center and we are in the process of planning a master key system. The reason for that is we want to control who can get in each section. So we contacted Arties Locksmith NYC. They came to our office to suggest a master key system. They shed light on many things that we didn't know even existed. Such as, cross keys, bump keys, key control and many more. After presenting all these problems, they actually offered solutions, such as, High-Security locks, proxy cards readers and latch guards.
